St. Thomas University

St. Thomas is a Catholic school, but only about half of the students are Catholic. STU has been using sports to grow their enrollment. Their new football program brought in 200 new students recently. They also have a very strong soccer and volleyball team. Their band, theater, and choir programs are growing rapidly as well. St. Thomas is a mid-sized school with about 5000 students and about 20-30 students in a class. They offer incredible internship opportunities with the local Miami sports teams as well as great sports administration, business, and law programs.

If you’re looking for a campus with a large international population, you will definitely want to take a look at STU. Another advantage is that not only are they test optional, but they have rolling admissions. If you have a GPA above a 2.5, there is a strong chance that you will be admitted, and you’ll receive that answer days after they receive your completed application. St. Thomas offers many scholarships and will give you a $1000 credit for attending an official campus visit! Go, Bulldogs!
